Inflow is the core resource and a very powerful habit for me.
Inflow has proven to be a core resource for me as I learn to live with my ADHD. A diagnosis that continues to make me question who I am, how I got to where I am in life, and how the world works around me. Inflow’s structure with daily learning modules is steadily increasing my understanding of ADHD. It explains why I have endured such confusion and suffering throughout my life (I was diagnosed at 58!) Inflow provides me with strategies that I can actually understand, that I can logically accept and that I increasingly use in most aspects of my daily life. It hasn’t cured me (ha ha) but I do know more about why I do things the way I do. Amazingly I am still doing Inflow most every day, that is, for more than 2 months which is an achievement that only people with ADHD would appreciate. That’s a great achievement for me. The appbmust be structured just for us, and is rewarding enough for me to remain engaged and not to get distracted by something “shiny” elsewhere. The inflow app continues to be a crucial resource, for me, in my attempts to reduce the ADHD related suffering affecting me and those around me, my family and work mates . Unexpectedly, there are other insights. For example I have also developed a degree of compassion for myself -both in the here and now, and also for myself in the past, as a child, a teenager, and throughout my adult life. I also increasingly understand why the people in my story responded the way they did. I strongly recommend investing in this program to the people like myself who are genuinely confused and overwhelmed by their diagnosis that may have caused them to question everything that they thought they knew about themselves and the world around them. In all honesty, I have to say that at first I was hesitant to start the app. Financially it was a big commitment. And would Ibstay the course? However, based on my positive experience with the Additude website, combined with the usual overwhelming, in the moment, impulse to do the program, I swept this hesitation aside and pressed the “GET” button. It costs me about about a $1 AUD a day. Much less than my mild online shopping habit and I think it is well worth it. I do the modules-virtually every day-and has it has proved to be a rewarding and valuable part of my new routine. Inflow has, I believe, proven to be, for me, a significant, meaningful and positive new habit. It is a learning experience that is practical and applicable to my daily activities. It is as you m
