Description

Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified Pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD.
Do you struggle with focus? Organization? Procrastination? What about attention, hyperactivity, and anxiety? Is your calendar, planner, habit tracker, or timer still not helping you organize or get things done? Is your to-do list just not cutting it?
Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help.
Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), proven to be effective in the management of ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).
Many people see ADHD/ADD as just a deficit or disorder. But the key to thriving with ADHD starts with understanding and embracing your unique ADHD brain.
Start focusing, meet your goals, kick the distraction habit, and start creating a daily structure that works for you. Spend less time planning to be productive, and more time getting things done.
Improve your skills in these areas:
- Focus and Concentration

- Mood and Emotional Regulation
- Distraction Reduction
- Cyber Addiction
- Creating a Routine

...all without an ad in sight.
Inflow provides the tools you need to focus on strategies in your everyday life. We help you build a daily routine habit by habit, a day at a time.
It’s time to tackle your to-do list with ease, whether that’s studying for an exam, organizing your home more effectively, improving your focus, or simply scheduling more time for self-care. Concentrate on what matters most and organize your daily life.
Inflow also sets you up for success with:
- Daily activities and visual reminders integrated easily into your daily life
- Daily focus feature so you can prioritize more effectively
- A stigma-free and supportive ADHD/ADD community to motivate you

Whatever your goals may be — stronger organization skills, building a more effective to-do list, preventing procrastination, improving attention, reducing hyperactive traits, focusing on others, or simply coping with an ADHD/ADD diagnosis — Inflow can help.
ADHD/ADD can be challenging, but that doesn’t mean accessing support should be! If you’re tired of the day-to-day stress of managing ADHD/ADD, we’re here for you.
You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis or evaluation to use Inflow!
Reminder: While we are an ADHD/ADD app first and foremost, we cover numerous executive function skills, which can be applicable to autism (ASD), OCD, depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.

Taking advantage of people with ADHD

sunsarajewellery on

Australia

After deleting this app they continued to take large amounts of money each month. I asked for refund as I had not had the app for over 6 months and it wasn’t showing up in subscriptions. They said they could only refund 28 days which is ridiculous and over $600 to nothing. I think it’s really yucky businesses would operate this way quietly stealing your money. I had no idea I was paying for this. It feels more like a way to scam people with adhd then help them.

well thought out app , informative and needed

Although it is expensive, it is a well made app and very helpful

Charged after canceling subscription

kagam on

Australia

I will start by saying I did very much enjoy the free trial of this app although there is no way I can afford $314.45 AUD to use it as much as I would have loved to. I was very mindful of the cost (and my raging case of ADHD) so was sure to follow the specific instructions emailed to me on how to cancel my subscription. I very proudly did this with a couple of days until the trial ended and I was floored to see that my credit card had been charged the above amount this morning. I have emailed the team and am hoping for a quick resolution. Please be aware as I even double checked in my subscriptions that this was cancelled prior to the trial ending. (It is still showing cancelled so I have been invoiced but can’t even use the app)

I’m quite sceptical about motivational apps pertaining to ADHD, but this one seems like it’s been perfectly tailored for my brain. A pleasant surprise and a compelling program. Thanks.

Scam

This app has charged my card multiple times even though I cancelled my subscription months ago. I have emailed them requesting a refund for these charges, if I do not hear back I will be taking further action.

Beware of the payment trap

Ozza1984 on

Australia

I didn’t find this app particularly useful although I will not say it is bad just that it did not personally help me. What is clear is that they will charge you USD$200 after 7 days of signing up which is insane. Luckily I ended my subscription immediately when I worked this out but I feel like it is not particularly transparent and also not very easy to work out how to do it. Beware of the trap, they say they will refund it if you don’t like the app which is great but I wouldn’t risk it if I were you.

Dodgy subscription model

LJV1006 on

Australia

The app promises that it is easy to cancel free subscription and that you can even get a refund if you miss the date (which adhd-ers are likely to do). However, I’ve been charged and it isn’t listed in my subscriptions in order for me to cancel. The instructions on the email are of no help. Feels like they’re taking advantage of adhd weaknesses

I do not recommend this product . I am trying to cancel my subscription and it hasn’t worked , very difficult to navigate .

Charged for 12 months after trial unable to cancel subscription

Servakq on

Australia

I am really dissatisfied that I was charged for 12 months instead of being charged monthly, so therefore I can’t cancel any time. It takes time to find out if an app is suitable to my needs I am trying to submit my review and I have to enter a nick name, the app says my multiple attempts to choose a nickname are all taken. Convenient way to stop me leaving a negative review

Scamware

Will ask you personal questions and only then reveal that they want $25 a month.
