App works as well as the Iowan government.

No option to add to Apple wallet. Don’t waste your time. Its faster just pulling out your regular ID/DL.

I haven’t been able to make it work. Now I’m trying to update the app and can’t do it. What is wrong?

Worked great first. Then I got a new phone and have not been able to get it to work ever again. Have tried contacting support, deleting app and redownloading, etc. to no avail.

Can’t even set it up. I verify my phone number and then get an error message when trying to scan. Useless app. Deleted.

I’ve tried to get my information set up in it multiple times and keep getting error codes. This app is worthless

The first time using this was at the TSA security checkpoint at the Des Moines airport. Doing so delayed the officer clearing me through stating the software has trouble communicating with the database and ultimately required the use of my physical. DL. The digital DL concept will only work when it can be accepted and used via the Apple wallet app.

This app is the reason why government entities should not try to do it themselves to avoid the system Apple put in place. App was clumsy to set up. Got it to work eventually, then when I really needed it, it broke. Lost in an endless error loop that is unreconsilable.
