Cannot integrate ticket to wallet pass

no IPhone x adoption

I cannot see previously purchased tickets bought through the app. I’m trying to buy a ticket now and 5 attempts later I’m still waiting for the processing to go through. I only hope I’m not charged for 5 tickets at some stage. Rather don’t have an app than give false hope than this one.

Even after I use the verification pin issued from my bank. However maybe my bank won’t process this site given some of the fraud related reports related with this app.

I booked with them for the first time today on their website and downloaded the app later. I was able to log into the app and see my reservation bar code, and make changes. Great app!

How can an app be this poorly designed in 2019? 1) Can’t add a ticket previously booked. 2) No "Home" section worthy of the name. Needs work!

Hanno una policy inesistente di rimborso in caso di mancato utilizzo. Non ti fanno neanche cambiare tratta se per esigenze lavorative o personale non devi più utilizzare la tratta scelta al momento dell’acquisto. Senza parole. 150€ buttati irrimediabilmente. Grazie ITALO

Applicazione che funziona 1 volta ogni 10, creando continui disagi. Offerte valide da 1 mese dopo, con una policy ai limiti del surreale.
