Constantly crashing and loosing data
Constantly loosing connection with servers and I’m not able to progress in the game due to lost data. When the game crashes the levels I played are gone and I have to start over again.

Beware of changes in the game mechanics
The game itself is pretty interesting and beautifully designed. It's just that recently (after the last update) some of the game mechanics have been recalibrated so that previously attainable (with effort) wins are now almost impossible without paying to increase the odds. For example, the other day the wheel of fortune was giving out a memory pack as the grand prize, but from the first spin or two, most of the conditions to earn a spin involved spending rare gems. Those that didn't require paying required receiving a random bonus while playing. All of a sudden, said bonus became much, much scarcer than on last play, so I could hardly qualify for 2-3 spins (with intensive playing every few hours, which had been sufficient for previous wheels) before the time ran out. It just left a bad taste and I uninstalled the app.
Love the game, but there’s an issue that I can’t play it for very long
Some chapters cost flowers, and when you buy the building for the flower you have to wait for hours.. and I’m just asking can you add an video ad so we can skip the time for more gameplay? I will give you 5 stars anyway! ✨☺️
The ex files event
Hello, I did buy a reminder snippet from the shop in the ex files event, but it did now appear so I can use it.
New version
The game sends me to the App Store to download the new version but then it doesn’t permit me to enter - it repeats the same message to download endlessly ! Wooga please fix your tech problems once and for all!!!!
Bad prizes
I have been playing daily for a year and a half and noticed that gradually the prizes for competitions and Detectives Needed have been getting worse and worse.
Crushing After Update
Disappointed. After the update this game is crushing every second. Fix this
Drains my battery
Love the app, but it drains my battery and distrois it (iOs). I had correspondance with support - RPA obviously. 3 times I provided the same requested data for version and same auto reply with little more wirds and advices like “did you try turning it off and on again”....I deleted the game
The game is very cool, I play it for a long time. Enjoying it a lot. I, however, have a problem connecting with Facebook with it. Maybe because I log out before. :(
