This was rubbish . In order progress I seem to have loads of hoops to jump through, or money to pay , I just want to play a game and not have to build an island

I have been really enjoying the game over last few years. But what ever you do don’t purchase anything they take your money but what you purchase doesn’t down load. You contact customer support send them all the information in photos shoots but they don’t get back to you. You end up loosing money and the item purchased. I am getting really sick of trying to chase them. An update on my previous review, I have now got the items I purchased but it did take along time. So I have given a couple of more stars. Please don’t keep players waiting so long as we do on the whole enjoy the game.

Keeps freezing despite recent update

This game is totally frustrating. It keeps freezing despite latest update. Thinking of deleting this don’t waste your time downloading this till bugs are properly fixed.

What have you done?

I used to really like this game but recently, it’s been very slow to load and when it does I have to then login to FB every time and I know I’m not the only person who has to do this. Please sort it.

Terms of service

The updated terms of service were unacceptable so the game got deleted. It’s a game, what has a class action lawsuit waiver got to do with playing a game? This sounds super dubious to me.

June’s JourneyI love this app. So many beautiful scenes. I enjoy decorating my island. The only issue I have is that my game keeps freezing and I have to shut down my iPad to unfreeze.Littlestitcher

Too many crashes

Let me start by saying I love June’s Journey and have been playing it almost since it came out, however since the last update I have found it freezes mid game too often, crashes unexpectedly and is just a pain to play.

Money taken but no item given

I made a purchase for the full vault and the money has left my account as the purchase went through fine but then had an error message on the app show and got ZERO of the vault purchase! Why???

Woeful iPad support

Since the last update my iPad won’t connect to Facebook or Apple I contacted support via the in-game cog wheel and have been given the runaround - uninstall/reinstall/clear cache/do it all again - replied it didn’t work - get response by someone else to do the same thing again another way round! Lots of other iPad users seem to be having the same problem so it’s not just me. I wonder will it sort itself out like the time some iPad users couldn’t play Club Mysteries and we were told our iPads were too old - then all I’d a sudden everything worked with no explanation. I shall wait and see but I’m not wasting any more time on trying to connect to my game which is a shame since I have been playing for 7 years. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
