It doesn’t let you redeem rewards. It just crashes. Buggy app, terrible experience and im happy to uninstall it and avoid this company

Hey there, I just got my haircut from just cut Queenstown and there’s a one haircut stylist his Name’s Benjamin and he got a really good attitude and knowledge about hair stylists so recommend him 💯💯💯

App crashes on IOS 16.2. Please fix.

Crashes on open after this new update with the design change. Booking through the app never put you in line either.

Since latest update app crashes

was a great App, then it was updated and log on details lost, no luck with the reset… Needless to say I will be deleting this app soon, unless the reset info comes through soon….

Been waiting and waiting and won’t finish downloading

Geofencing this app when you book was not smart - if you’re headed into town, it prevents booking due to you being more than 20k away.

Previously was app to go in the app, it was brilliant could book an appointment and see my point. Lately I haven’t been able to get in to the app. Keeps kicking me out :(

Just cuts is using this app to data mine people, case and point you can not make an appointment with out sharing your live location with the app. My local just cuts requires the app to see a hair dresser. I’ll be boycotting just cuts until these issues are fixed. Don’t down load this app find a different place to cut your hair simple.
