Kevo

This is at best a hit-and-miss affair. Sometimes I step into the door, touch the lock and it opens. Sometimes, I touch it and nothing happens. I have to repeat it one or more times before it unlocks. Sometimes it does not unlock at all that I have to use the metal key. Using Kevo Plus from outside, o have not had the luck to open or close it. What’s happening? Do I recommend this to others? I’m not sure.

I hate it! I hate it!!! Had to wait outside the door for a long time until I finally gave up and had to call someone to open the door. Cannot search or connect to device even if I was less than a foot away. Super slow :////// this happened many times already, fed up and now giving a review.

This app finds itself malfunctioning at the worst times, especially when I need to enter my house. The app hangs, won't even open and then my phone hangs as well. I end up on my porch waiting for someone else to arrive. I don't recommend this to anyone. It's a deadbeat accessory and app.

out of nowhere just stopped working completely. thought it was just a battery issue and changed out all 4 batteries with fresh ones. still not working. tried to reset it and nothing happens. the lights on the deadbolt don't flash anymore and our phones cannot recognize/connect to it via bluetooth. And pairing doesn't even work either. pressing the "program" button does nothing, but make a beep. the app instructs you to press that button and have phone nearby to connect but nothing happens. what gives?! this thing doesn't work anymore and customer support basically told us there's nothing they can do. smh. one of the worst products we've ever bought, unfortunately. we're back to old school using physical keys.

The kevo is not worth the money to Install I have to replace the battery almost every 4 months no matter how often - or NOT that we use the access.

Can't open from Any where can't get Internet?

1) No Wi-Fi support. Need I say more? 2) Slow and unreliable calibration with narrow limits. If your phone is slightly outside the calibrated Zane it won’t work. Well, I don’t always carry my phone in the exact same pocket so it’s the exact same distance from the lock. 3) Poorly conceived guest passes and schedules. I have people that periodically need guest entry, but I don’t want them to have endless access. Well guess what, it’s either endless access, or you need to delete and re-add them each time. How about giving us the option to keep an invited user but to revoke access in-between long-term visits? Until these issues are upgraded, this is an average product at best.

The lock has worked for awhile but now it has issues with bluetooth. Left me outside a few times waiting for a locksmith

Inconsistent. Most of the time have to swipe away to completely close and reopen app to let it work. Wish it worked with Apple Watch

This app is fantastic but I think it should be available on the Apple Watch too
