Lock does not recognize key fob. Need to check the battery. App takes long time to load to my iPhone 6. But it works, I do have serious doubts about the strength of the lock after seeing it broken in less than 10sec using brute force on YouTube.

Pomysł przedni, jednak ciężko porównać ten zamek pod względem bezpieczeństwa do aktualnie stosowanych konstrukcji wieloryglowych. O ile bardzo łatwo jest go zamontować w starych drzwiach, o tyle obawiam się, że zamek "nie obejmie" skrzydła drzwi z wygłuszeniem, ociepleniem. To poważny kłopot. Samo działanie, kalibracja - szybko i bez problemu. Wysłanie komuś cyfrowego klucza jest banalnie proste, jednak każdy odbiorca musi przejść przez żmudną rejestrację użytkownika; jednorazowo. Generalnie fajny gadżet!

out of nowhere just stopped working completely. thought it was just a battery issue and changed out all 4 batteries with fresh ones. still not working. tried to reset it and nothing happens. the lights on the deadbolt don't flash anymore and our phones cannot recognize/connect to it via bluetooth. And pairing doesn't even work either. pressing the "program" button does nothing, but make a beep. the app instructs you to press that button and have phone nearby to connect but nothing happens. what gives?! this thing doesn't work anymore and customer support basically told us there's nothing they can do. smh. one of the worst products we've ever bought, unfortunately. we're back to old school using physical keys.

The kevo is not worth the money to Install I have to replace the battery almost every 4 months no matter how often - or NOT that we use the access.

Can't open from Any where can't get Internet?

1) No Wi-Fi support. Need I say more? 2) Slow and unreliable calibration with narrow limits. If your phone is slightly outside the calibrated Zane it won’t work. Well, I don’t always carry my phone in the exact same pocket so it’s the exact same distance from the lock. 3) Poorly conceived guest passes and schedules. I have people that periodically need guest entry, but I don’t want them to have endless access. Well guess what, it’s either endless access, or you need to delete and re-add them each time. How about giving us the option to keep an invited user but to revoke access in-between long-term visits? Until these issues are upgraded, this is an average product at best.

Inconsistent. Most of the time have to swipe away to completely close and reopen app to let it work. Wish it worked with Apple Watch

This app is fantastic but I think it should be available on the Apple Watch too
