SCAM! They tricked me into installing an app and entering my passport details, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get a ticket. And then they automatically chose a seat for me, chose the worst seat. I could have done better myself, but they made me sit near the toilet.

Никому не рекомендую с ними связываться. Считаю эту компанию обманщиками. У меня уже был очень негативный опыт и теперь очень хотелось бы, чтобы другие люди научились на моей ошибке и не имели с ними никаких дел. Я купил заранее авиабилет через этот киви, перелет авиакомпанией Air Asia. Примерно за неделю до перелета авиакомпания перенесла мой авиарейс на 6 часов! Из-за этого я не успевал на другой - стыковочный рейс. Соответственно, я был вынужден отказаться от перелета. Я сразу обратился в kiwi с просьбой отменить мой билет и вернуть за него деньги. Эта компания мне отказала, заявив, что 6 часов по их правилам, это несущественное изменение. Ничего мне они не вернули. Я только потерял из-за них свои деньги. Никогда, ни в коем случае не связывайтесь с этими kiwi, если не хотите быть обманутыми ими и потерять деньги

I bought a trip with a transfer in Berlin and as a result they didn’t let me out to collect my luggage. I looked specifically before purchasing so as not to have problems crossing the border. Авиаперевозчик отменил рейс. В таком случае авиаперевозчик обязан предложить замену или вернуть деньги (срок до 3х рабочих дней). Сервис киви отменил бронь билетов у перевозчика. Деньги возвращать отказался, ссылаясь на отсутствие страховки. Сужусь.

Покупали через авиа сейлс билеты Пекин-Гуанджоу и обратно. Оба рейса отменили, возврат обещают через 3(!!!) месяца! Не отвечают на обращения. Номер брони 512 038 780 Из-за отмены без предупреждения пришлось оставаться в Пекине на 2 лишних дня. Купили билеты в итоге через другой сервис, была небольшая задержка рейса, сразу же позвонили, извинились, спросили есть ли где остаться из-за задержки. Никакой заботы или внимания к клиенту

На моменте оплаты отправили сообщение, что цена стала в 1,5 раза выше. Когда я уже ввела все данные. Еще отличается цена в приложении и на сайте

Worst experience ever. They booked our flights through their email, so we couldn’t manage said flights. We were not able to check into a flight, and now we are stuck in Spain. Never use kiwi, it’s an extremely unreliable booking app we unfortunately had to use! You never get to opt-out of their horribly structured automatic check-in system and you’re left with bookings made in their name, which you can’t manage, flights you can’t check into, because the airlines were they booked the flights also have “automatic systems” for IDing you to confirm your identity (which has to be done BECAUSE it was booked in their name and not yours) and on top of all of that, their customer “support” consists of an AI chat bot with predetermined answers to it’s questions, which never gets you anywhere and even when you, by some miracle, manage to find a way to speak to, what we can hardly believe to be, a human being, they almost always either seem to act like they have never worked a day in customer support and give you canned responses that are only maybe loosely connected to the problem you have. The final nail in the coffin for this company is that, even in our situation, where their systems failed us and the blame is clearly completely theirs, they will only offer you a “refund” of 10% of the amount you paid for the booking and, as if that wasn’t enough salt in wound, they give you said amount in their company credits so you are left feeling even more robbed than you felt before… If you have ANY other option, for your own sake, for the sake of your own and your family’s sanity, DO NOT USE KIWI!

Please, everybody! Why you every have this company as a partner? It’s stilling money, provides no service at all! Why do you allow them to be your partner and place this app available to download?

I’ve payed for additional conditionals and got nothing! There aren’t any contacts of tech support except their bot. URL for connect with assistant doesn’t work and redirect me on help page with default articles. I’ve sent 2complaints in forms for feedback and got no answer🤬

Can’t get tickets booking numbers, no direct connection with support. Avoid!
