Please fix this issue the application is not working and I can’t access login in to my account

After nearly 3 months of back and forth and with the assistance of WB shop and Revolut, my 2024 Klarna odyssey finally came to an end. I got the rest of the refund and am updating my review as a token of appreciation! Warning for Klarna users: Klarna is great in promoting its core business, offering purchases by paying in 3 affordable instalments, however if you encounter issues with an order not received and your original card expired, got stolen or you closed the account, thats where the nightmare starts. Beware of this and take the timeframe of 3 months into account before you start your claim to prevent frustration. In my case my refund process could be cut in half if the CS team would read the emails properly, however as having experience in CS support myself, I know, that for lots of companies, pushing their teams with KPIs and useless metrics, to make the stockholders happy comes at a price, that we customers at the end of the day have to pay.

I’m having trouble pressing the camera button it’s half way down the screen it won’t let me press it

It won’t verify my identity no matter what I do. I double checked my name including my middle name, I made sure my date of birth was correct, I tried using my passport card and actual passport multiple times and it still doesn’t verify my identity. I even contacted customer service to help me. The camera also keeps activating some “live” function and then claims the photo isn’t clear even though it’s because of the app.

Best app on my phone , please get more company’s on board in Ireland so good 🙏

Got my Irish passport card for verification for 4 times and always got rejected due to it’s not clear (I could see every detail very clearly) and then I asked for the deletion of my account and they just said will escalate my request and asked me to wait for 2 days and no one ever comes back to me. How thrilling to use their service based on this irresponsible system and customer service?

Very disappointed as they don’t let me to use eu id card because I don’t have eu passport

I couldn’t purchase as it said I he reached the spending limit despite not spending anything at all. Also when I was about to buy the item before but after verifying from m debit card Klarna said they couldn’t be applied for this purchase. Also had many problems verifying identification then changing personal details registered.

I have lived in Ireland for 10 year but I don’t have a Irish passport and I don’t drive so I only have English ID so I can’t use klarna it’s a joke because and you think as long as you have ID and a Irish billing address and bank account it work I’m sure I’m not the only one that is having this difficulty’s as well you think this would not be a problem this day and age just a shame I can’t enjoy it like many do
