Kogan Smarter Home

I ordered IPhone 14 pro max on 7 November. I had to cancel it because of wrong order placed. I have been charged from card my credit points is also used however I haven’t got any reply from Kogan neither third party seller. Customer service is horrendous. I would not prefer to buy any product from kogan because of the customer service.

All settings work on app except; 1. Can’t control brightness of light on app, can change colour but that’s it. Needs to be done manually 2. Can’t seem to get radio working.

I love the functionality of the app. But the app is very slow when in comes to adjusting the timers.

This app has worked great for years but a week ago push notifications have stopped on all my devices. Devs please look at this as a matter of priority

Notifications don’t work anymore?

We have had the baby monitor for over a year but in the last week the notifications stopped on all three monitors, my son & daughters house land ours. We have all checked our iPhones to make sure it isn't a phone issue. Not good if you want to monitor your baby

Changed internet providers and now the cameras don’t connect

Much better than my very much more expensive Samsung robot cleaner

Tried connecting it remotely like it says wasted 2 hours of my life waiting for it to connect and fail every time you’ve done ok on the mechanical performance but the technician part is what’s letting u down

Usually a good app. However!! Of the last couple of months if I click on a camera it brings a different camera in another room up and my sd cards don’t format through the app. So the format app selection is useless. I’ve purchased 3 micro sd cards from Kogan and none of them work. I also am having a really difficult time formatting them. I also had recordings saved and a month or two ago the app deleted everything. So not too impressed at the moment.
