Not working at All

First time user, scanned in the merchant. It showed account restricted. WhatsApp support but didn’t get any reply. Is this how you gonna keep the customer? No wonder Atome is better

Happy with the app that provides other options for monthly low interest payment.

Just a word of caution. If you are living paycheck to the next paycheck, and desperately need a 6 or 12 months instalment plan, please ensure you make the initial purchase at least a week after your payday. This is because for some funny reasons, the due date of the subsequent instalment gets earlier and eventually gets to the date before your payday of the month. Failure to pay on time will result in a $60 penalty. Good app to use to ease your financial planning but be extra cautious on the date of initial/first payment. My personal experience is clear: i made the first purchase on the 25th of the month. But the due date of the 3rd and above instalment gets to 20th.. 19th of the month.. that is almost a week before my pay

First thing give credit limit but still unable to process the request. End up we paid cash instead of Instalment. Grab pay later is still the best no upfront payment.

Have payment issue and no number to call. Only has a number to WhatsApp and their reply is slow.

I’ve been using it for a year now. Super love it.

The Latitude page shows processed and amount deducted, but failed at merchant’s page. WhatsApp customer service is not helpful. They badly need a competitor who can offer a 12 months installment so that they wake up!
