i’ve had these 2m leds for a few months and have had many issues, one being every time i want to use the leds the lenovo link app has logged me out. it has been countless months where i have not been able to control my device and i’m so sick of it. i’ve tried to delete the device and reconnect it but it doesn’t work. now it’s saying my phone numbers wrong, my device can’t connect, etc. don’t buy this product if i could give it a one star i would.
Whenever i want to change a different colour i press on the led light then i get stuck on the loading. I have had this problem for a couple months now. Pls fix this
Recently randomly stopped working. Can turn the light on and off but not change colour Solved my issue with Kogan Smarter Home app. It discovered my Lenovo bulb and let me control it again.
If you cannot change colour or brightness as Lenovo has abandoned all their customers - download the Smart Home app. It will give you full control over Lenovo bulbs and more.
Was working fine until recently. I have not been able to access the light bulb settings (stuck on a loading screen). The only way I’ve been able to counteract this issue is to create a ‘Tap-To-Run’ Smart shortcut, BUT it only lets me access limited settings such as brightness and temperature. I’m assuming the developers don’t really check up on the app anymore (last update was 3 yrs ago), which is really sad for long time and new users.
I’m assuming since latest Apple update this app has shut down. If you’re new, you can’t make an account and will stop you at creating a password. If you’re an already existing member, all functions including color changing functions have ceased. We are now stuck with red lights. Time to upgrade to a new system and software. What a shame
Ongoing loading screen when trying to change colour of LEDS. My sister has same problem.
I can no longer control the lights through the app. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
