As any Avianca development very bad, unstable and bugging

Very slowly, constantly freezes. iPhone 13

Most pf the time the app is failing and does not allow you to complete tour request. Though unfortunately it happens a lot for the whole Avianca Company since recently.

Desafortunadamente, no puede instalar un botón normal donde pueda iniciar sesión. Pero no solo con esta versión sino también con las dos anteriores. Inútil para los miembros existentes de Lifesmiles......

1) Being Gold Member and did the needed Flights in 2019 to prolong my Status ( due to 02/20 ) for 20/21 but did not received my new / prolonged Gold Status Card ! 2) today 23 Feb at my Check In for Flight from San José / Costa Rica to Lima my request to get upgraded per courtesy to Business - as happened in the past nicely and for this I chooses to fly with Avianca- my request was denied because Rules changed just a few days ago for different booking classes and I did not get the proper information from LifeMiles per email !! I am really disappointed about this rule changes for certain booking classes because the price my Company us paying for he ticket is mostly a regular price and no promotion as explain by the check in personal ! Please respond why my Renewed Gold Card is not delivered yet and why I did not get informed on time about this inconvenience of rule change ! Thanks and Regards ! Hubert Heuberger
