Very slowly, constantly freezes. iPhone 13

Most pf the time the app is failing and does not allow you to complete tour request. Though unfortunately it happens a lot for the whole Avianca Company since recently.

When selected says it must be activated on device first but app does not appear on phone under face recognition for apple IOS

We have flown return three times with Avianca….Toronto, Canada to Guayaquil, Ecuador three times….the only exception was our return to Canada at the outbreak of Covid 19…..flight home was through our Canadian Embassy. The flights on Avianca give amazing service..second to none in my opinion. We are returning to Ecuador this November and will return mid-April…perfect winter getaway.

Badly planned UX. The screens don’t show often, the user experience to pick fare choices don’t make sense, impossible to actually purchase an award ticket via the app. The experience is so terrible that they’ve decided to make you write a review in white color over a white background. Hilarious. Throw this away and get a better app developer to rewrite it.
