Useless
Impossible to book a flight I’ve tried so many times impossible to book as well through their website. The only way I was able to book a ticket is making an actual phone call and staying on the phone for like 40 minutes.
Always error
Always something problems
Used to work. Now you can’t book
I used to be able to book flights 3 yrs ago. Now it just gives an error and tell you to telephone the call center. The call center associates seems to run into the same issue as well.

In colombia the card its not working issuing the physical card says that it does not have enough balance which is not true if there is money
Invalid Email
Your email formatting rules are incorrect. My email address — which is auto-populated by my password manager and used for other accounts — is being rejected with the error code 3033. Why?
Cannot login in
It gave a black page when I click logging in with LM number and password!!! Please fix it
