Been trying to create an account since last year but the app nor the website itself doesn’t let me. I use a visa card but it only charges and reverse the $1 after a minute and i get stuck from there. Been sending also contact form regarding this but no one replied nor contacted me. Would be nice if there is also a list of bank and cards for the customer to know if there are restrictions to create an account. I also contacted my bank regarding this app but they said that they don’t block my account to use this kind of app. By the way my app is also been updated to the latest version of the loungekey app and yet i still couldn’t create an account.

Can’t find any good lounge deals or airport transfer from visa.

Dear lounge key The rules and regulations should clear and flixable. Worth service provided under name of rules and regulations. I have infinite card of emirates airline even so some time I will be permitted to enter lounge some time I am not. Even I purchasing with international currency a lot due to my study. How I pay for child 6 years?? Not making since. Any hotels and airlines child category is up to 12years old. And among international level who are in reception of lounge when they see we are entering through lounge key they will be rude. Specially in Dubai and Europe. The service in airport should provided with high level respect where lounge key not giving. Regards Noora Almulla

This app is only to buy lounge access it doesn’t show when you already have access to lounges for free, don’t waste your time with them

was able to benefit from it….gives all the lounges available
