Easy to pay…. Quite simple and quick.

It just takes you to their website to pay, which from other reports seems too buggy and thus risky to bother with. I have been screwed over by doing the evisa online as the government website for that is a buggy mess that takes hours for success submission which eventually you discover it saves incorrect details despite correct inputs, it can loose information, and it can forget to send confirmation, despite taking your money; resulting in hours and money wasted to try and save a few minutes in person. I have tried emailing detailed bug reports to the Indonesian Government but I never get any reply. As such, it's not worth the risk. Will just do it in person.

No confirmation of payment, unable to see where the issue is. Won’t let you make another payment for another family member until the first payment is finalized but it doesn’t show where there are any errors. Now they have my credit card details. Probably a scam

It redirects you to a website and pay it there. I don’t see why we have to download and install the app. If there are applepay, remember our details for future visit, updated events, or anything else that will help tourist. It will give the app more usefulness /purpose. But as of now, its need a lot of improvement and not worth keeping it on ur phone.

I don’t trust any online payment method in Bali where you have to enter card details as from my experience they are not always secure even though they state they are. Should allow ApplePay or Paypal options.

Will not always take a payment. Messages on app non existent. Cannot update notifications. Email slow to arrive. Cannot use with any confidence.

Poor quality. Should have bali levy QR CODE in the inbox . All the events are out of date. Just advertising
