You don’t get what you paid for.

This app is really terrible!!!! First, it is impossible to check in with it online. Only in the airport. Another issues, when you try to book a flight you cannot see full amount you need to pay before you fill in all data about all passenger. And then after you spend huge amount of time filling all data this amount converts magically to xxx times more. And every time you change some dates you need to fill in all details about passengers. Rediculous and annoying app 🤮🤮🤮

I urgently need to use the app to check in via 4G with very limited traffic. I open the app and see that I must update the app unless I cannot use it. Okay. I open app store and see that you fixed soooo tiny bags that I cannot even notice. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Payments in app don’t work. App shows a bunch of mistakes and then 3 times wrongly displays F2A screen - so bank block my card because of 3 wrong attempts to enter code from SMS! I can tolerate errors in search, but errors in the booking funnel are inadmissible!

App is terrible where do I find my check in weight

First, why is this app not appearing on my App Store update list even tho it’s “open “ ?? I’ve been flying Scoot since day one and has always been ok with me. Imo, the biggest improvement you can make is in the multi journey selection. Only one destination is allowed !! If I wish to go 3 places or do a stopover on return journey, it’s impossible !! It’s such that we’ve to book sepately again !?? And your charges for check in baggage is getting more expensive by the day !

Cannot select or view selected seats or meals under Manage Booking

I was offered an upgrade on a flight for a cost that I paid for, and I was told that my original seat and extra luggage costs would be refunded. All I had to do was submit the receipt to Scoot via the app. Other travellers were offered the same deal. Scoot has refused to refund me, they have not responded to any feedback forms, they closed my case over email without any acknowledgment from me, people in the help chats on WhatsApp and Facebook refuse to help. A lovely person on the phone said he believed my story because I was able to give very detailed information about my interactions with the crew members, but that he did not have the power to refund me. I have never been treated so poorly by a company before. I have never been refused a refund offered by a company, I have never been ignored on so many channels. I have been accused of being a liar and Scoot refuses to acknowledge the deal offered by their crew. I have another flight booked with them this year and I wish I could cancel it. I never want to fly with them again. But of course Scoot has made sure that its customers have no power when they break their word. My flight was also delayed for over 3 hours with no compensation. Avoid this company if you can! Check out reviews online and see that so many people have experienced the same problems - being ignored, refunds refused, poor customer service.

The airline ever! Very basic website Customer service is awful!!

Easily the worst app on my phone.can’t log in,everything I type is an error,can’t reset password,my flights aren’t showing up,takes 5 minutes to receive emails,won’t accept my password that Ive saved & use frequently.
