They forgot my baggage in other country and couldn’t deliver it for 4 days already And it’s also very hard to communicate with their customer service, they just do not answer me, so I didn’t know when they deliver my baggage

Can’t find changing currency (so I can’t understand the price - IDK how much goes for “IDR”) 🧐 No information about the luggage (included or not). So if it doesn’t - how can I prepay for it (‘cause as I remember, luggage right before departing costs much more). As a result - not useful app at all.

Took 2 hours and multiple attempts to make a reservation. Also took 4 different credit cards to finally get a confirmation. So so so frustrating!

Very clunky. Calls the “Book Canin app, which is even clunkier. Just lucky I took a screenshot of my check in details, because they are lost now, with no way of retrieving them.

The worst airline app , non of my booking show , nor do I have the option of retrieving my booking

Saya booking tiket di lion app. Ga dapat email itinerary jg ga bs request kirim k email. Mau nambah bagasi prabayar ga bisa. Mau liat berapa kg bagasi yg di daptkan jg ga bs. Tolong perbaiki systemnya. Cancellation ato perubahan mesti 3hari sebelomnya, kalao traveloka beli insuransi satu hari sebelomnya juga bisa

I made five bookings because I was waiting for a confirmation that the booking had been approved.

Seems odd i cannot add a booking already made to the app.

Cannot add baggage, rendering it basically worthless
