This app tries to get 35 $ from me for nothing!! Unsubscribe me immediately!

Sterling funds from my account even after I deleted app!!!
SCAM
BEWARE! SCAM! If you pay for the $0.99 trail “meeting” which won’t take place anyway, 3 days later your account will be debited for $50. It’s pure thievery and they will refuse to refund you. Luckily PayPal refunded this amount. Lumi continues to say it was their right and I consented. Utter nonsense.
Don’t download this app!
I was very careful because I had seen warnings. I agreed to $0.99 and $14.99 once-off deductions but they’re deducting $49 - probably deeply hidden in the Ts and Cs. Don’t download this app unless you’re happy with a $49 monthly subscription.
Terrible app with poor support
The support service for this app is not great. Tried to use forgot password process and emails weren’t delivering. Have emailed them and no response. They appear happy to take your money but won’t help.
A total scam!!!
I paid for a once-off $5 service, which came off my account immediately. My credit card details were stored and I was automatically signed up (without my consent) for a monthly subscription!! Total scam!
Scam!
I followed the prompts from Instagram and once I finally got to the point where I have to download the app (which I wasn't even aware I had to do) to view my results I couldn't view it without paying AGAIN! There is also some huuuge subscription fee that isn't explained anywhere and just loaded on the back end. The pricing structure is deliberately obscured and convoluted so you can't tell at a glance how much the service costs or even what the service exactly is. I thought I was buying a style guide as a once off purchase. Now I have to subscribe to a service for nearly $50 a month? That is pure and inexcusable trickery.
Very dissatisfied
I purchased a plan for R18 that I never received and now if been debited for R921 that I never authorized
