This app tries to get 35 $ from me for nothing!! Unsubscribe me immediately!
This is worst app ever
I bought the basic guide book 0.99 USD, but after 3 days this app charged me more 34.99 USD, and support team said that this was condition for purchasing the first one 0.99 USD. The 34.99 USD was not shown in apple subscription, i can not cancel or refund. And i think this is not fair for customer, i would like to try ,and not decide to but that big package. If you thinking about this app, i suggest you better not download this app.

BEWARE OF SCAM
BEWARE OF SCAM! “Money back guarantee” on their site is totally fake, it doesn’t cover “personal or financial reasons”. So its only money back if products are defective, there is no “satisfaction” guaranteed. The process is also terrible once you sign up, there are tons of pop ups for add ons and its easy to accidentally click one and it immediately charged me more with no questions or confirmation for the charge. I emailed customer service right away to cancel/refund the add on. Absolutely zero flexibility or humanity displayed. Refused to do anything at all for me and essentially said “too bad”. Its clear this company is out to exploit consumers and take their money, with no commitment to actual quality of service or customer satisfaction.

Buyer Beware!! LUMI is a SCAM!!
Please do not utilize this company! The concept is great, but they nickel and dime you. I had their service for less than 24 hours, and they charged me over $100 in fees. When I emailed the support team, they said due to the terms and conditions, they get to keep the money. I really wish I had read the reviews prior to joining!

Chatting with my stylist was a breeze - super fun and interactive. They picked out trendy clothes that fit right into my closet, and delivery was super fast. Now I can ditch the shopping stress and feel confident in awesome outfits, all thanks to Lumi!
Awesome outfits
Every month, Lumi surprises me with a perfectly styled outfit delivered straight to my door. It's like a little present to myself! The delivery service is always on point. I also tried wardrobe revamp and had one capsule session which I enjoyed greatly.
