This app tries to get 35 $ from me for nothing!! Unsubscribe me immediately!
Looks like scam
The application is absolutely useless and looks like scam. It just contains general information which you can google. Personalised experience with stylist is unavailable. I booked session 3 times: twice I received message “Unfortunately all our experts are currently engaged. Feel free to reschedule your session”, 3-d times they didn’t even answer!!! BE AWARE OF SCAM!
Great service!
I experienced some issues with my payments, so I decided to contact support. My problem was resolved within 15 minutes. Big thanks! Also I was offered to book a session with a stylist. I received a truly stylish and personalized outfit!
Warning: Potential Fraud Alert – Charged $25.99 Without Subscription for Unrecommended App
I was charged $25.99 without a subscription. I blocked the app to prevent further charges. I don’t recommend using this application.
Despite I unsubscribed, I was charged 40$
SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY! 😂 And this letter I have found in Spam. And there is NO LINK TO UNSUBSCRIBE!!!!!
hidden fees
There are hidden fees (subscription), withdraws money from the account without warning. And instead of a stylist, you communicate with a chatbot.
Be careful with subscription
The app says you will have a 3 days trial and won’t be charged in case of timely cancellation. HOWEVER, it will charge you immediately and I failed to get my money back despite cancelling the same day. You will receive one look per month for this money, stylists are nice but the app is generally useless
It's horrible
I deleted the app a long time ago before the trial period ended, but the app keeps trying to charge me money. I think this is unfair and deception. While in your personal account there is absolutely no way to cancel a subscription, and now I can’t even log into my personal account even through the website to write to support
