Constantly cancel my flight. The app doesn’t work to do any changes, just redirects to the main page every time. Junk

This all used to work extremely well. Unfortunately of late I have not been able to log in I get the message please enter a valid email address even though the address is correct and one I have used for many years. Bit disappointed really. The app also doesn’t seem to ask for calendar access. Like many other apps on ios17.

Impossible to set up new user. Goes round in circles. Sends verification code to email address, validates verification code and takes you through to another screen with no input area saying it will send a verification code. I’ve had 4 verification codes, all accepted, but it never takes me any further. Therefore completely unable to use the app.

The app is so slow and glitchy. To register, I have to ask and enter the verification code 4 times before I can log in! Worse app I used for a long while. Imagine you need to do things within the app in a hurry at airport!!

Asks me to check in, doesn’t allow me to, doesn’t say why. Get a usability expert.

Incredibly complex, with hilarious mandatory identification which actually costs you money if you’re in Malaysia without a local phone (this is an airline, remember). Just wasted 20 minutes and £3 setting this app up, and I still can’t even select my seat due to a glitch. Just suffer through their website and get on with your life…

As a software developer and a user, I must say this app is not user-friendly and is often stuck on the loading screen. Here are a few of the problems I found:- 1) the app is not native - UI overflows 2) stuck on the loading screen for ages - unhandled unhappy paths 3) no error message on the form - keep returning to the same form 4) no option to check in directly without having to type the booking number. Also, what happened to multiple payment options?

The app works to my satisfaction on iPhones. I use this mostly when travelling. However the formatting on my iPad is useless. When looking at bookings the prices overlap and are obscured and the trip summary side bar is mis-formatted. It needs a lot of work. I have reported this twice now and received very polite responses to the specific problems. However the problem still exists 3 months later after updates have been released. Using the I pad for bookings would be preferable as this is a larger screen, I hope this problem is not beyond the wit of the developer team.

Says you get a discount if you use the app but the app doesn’t even work. The departure dates don’t load. Have tried it on 3 phones and get the same issue.

Totally unable to purchase tickets on this app - purchase button fails. Poor signposting and messaging. Dropdowns obscured. Pages are non-logical - even the check-in process. The SQ app is a DREAM compared to this.
