High society, die melusine, tempest night and so on
I’ve been waiting for how many weeks now but seems like there’s a problem with the app. All the series and stories can’t be opened only shows as loading but can’t really open. I see that the stories are updated since I’ve been subscribed for ages now. Can you please advise us what to do about it? And as for the app, I’ve deleted it and downloaded it once again because I’m trying to open it, still when I tried opening it, it shows the same issue. If there’s a bug in the system, can you pls fix it up quickly? Thanks a lot!

Monthly Subscription
I love that the way to unlock chapters without waiting for a free pass is through a monthly subscription with a fixed price. 😭💕💕 You might actually still spend something but this way it's not too much of a burden to top up everytime just to unlock a single chapter because it is through a monthly subscription. I hope manta will continue to be this way because I have surfed the app store for several comic apps but all of the ones I saw uses a top up feature, so far it is manta that I know uses a monthly subscription for unlimited unlocked series! 🩷🩷 Edit: The subscription option still is present but why did it have to include a gem feature which is a top up? I'm afraid it will slowly become a top up thing to read stuff on it which I didn't like.

The Best Subscription app for Manhwa!
I have tried several apps to read Manhwa and this by far is the best one. I always pay the yearly subscription because I save a bit more money than the monthly subscription. I love how you don’t need to top up anything and you can also read the novel versions! Sometimes there are parts that are skipped in the manhwa vs the novel and that’s ok because they are different mediums. Thank you for this app! I love it! 💕💕💕

Dear manta all I want is to cancel my subscription I even followed the instructions that you post on manta but sadly it’s not even working so ask help on mister google but the instructions is not helping also what wrong with your system manta? I just want to cancel it sinceI’m busy and I don’t have time to use manta bc of my schedule 😭 but it keep renewing its wasting my money
Payment Issue
I am really confused about the fees that you would show tp your customers, I have tried to purchase the monthly payment which is the ₱159 per month however I was so shocked when it billed my the whole 12 months which cost me around ₱1,599, I just wanted the 1 month subscription why would you deduct on my account the whole 12 months?😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
