Gema

I used to subscribe this app for quite some time and was supposed to have access to all stories, but introduction of gems feels like i’m being cheated now. Considering I can buy those gems manhwas on other apps, why buy subscription on manta if you are asking me to pay twice… for subscription and for gems…? i will unsubscribe this app and look for something else that doesn’t cheat readers into paying more.

I used to love it

It was a great app before microtransactions. I feel really fed up with some series behind additional paywall when I already have a subscription. I wouldn’t mind a slight increase in monthly payment if it meant avoiding that whole gems system. I feel really sad because I used to absolutely adore Manta :(

Diamonds

Until recently, it was my favorite app, but that ended when diamonds were introduced. I've been paying for a subscription for almost a year now, which was supposed to give me access to the entire library. Today, however, I found a comic that I can't fully read because it requires 3 diamonds per chapter from chapter 11 to 113. I think it's time to start looking for another app.

No cancel sub button

The app has a description of canceling the subscription plan sle when following the steps, the function is hidden. I paid the manta for two years and I feel cheated because now I want to quit and I can't

One thing i need

It would be awesome if there was more search categories or tags, i read many unfinished stories so i want to find some stories to „fill the gap”. Can’t search elements i’m interesed in like: magic, wuxia, etc. Overall i love this app and subscribsion system. The price is exactly what i’m ready to pay, hope it won’t change ☺️

gems?

i had manta like two years ago when the price was lower and understandable that the price of the subscription goes up due to inflation. However, the fact that it is deemed unlimited but I am already paying a subscription and have to purchase gems to read some of my favorite comics is absurd to me.

Could be better

The subscription is very limited the app is buggy and the authors always go on hiatus for months or years at a time. Also a lot of the stories are very similar there is no real variety.
