I think this app has a nice basic easy to use layout however : When I use the MyChart in epic app it’s so nice to be able to schedule and reschedule right from the app. I can see appointments slots available which is a lot easier than the methods for scheduling on this interface

Doesn’t work. Never worked.

Nothing comes up in the app. It’s ridiculous. I can’t see anything at all. I have to go to my regular Safari and type in Marietta Memorial, and then login that way. The app just does not work for me.

Loaded until today, now stuck on accessing your portal screen. Won’t move. Please fix

The worst medical site I have ever used.

Definitely not user friendly. 1 where do you turn notifications on? 2 do doctors actually get their messages? 3 editing profile is a challenge 4 and this is only after a few minutes of exploring the app.

What am I doing wrong??

It requires you have your medical record number in order to create an account. That’s ridiculous because who actually knows that offhand? Other healthcare networks in the area have patient portal apps and do not require such information. It seems right off the bat this app is not user friendly.
