The app used to be great, but now it’s horrible, I can’t see any of the reports for my son which are very important for his health, not all his specialist use the same hospital system and I need to print reports for some and I can’t even view them. I reached out moths who and never heard back from app support. If you use the app don’t expect to receive any important reports.

Not user friendly, no instructions I can follow no notice

Haven’t been able to log in for over a month.

This app is not working even after trying many times, it always said my username was wrong and my email too, if that is the case then how do they send email and notifications? if you try to register it asks for a registration number to have apps like that it is better not to have them.

Log in works, log in doesn’t work Face recognition via apple sometimes works then next time does work. ID and password has to be changed most every time signing in, next time doesn’t recognize changed password Total waste of time Was better off when you could speak to a person

This is the only app I consistently can’t get on. Every time I try to log on it claims my password word doesn’t match anything in the system I’ve had to change my username and password at least five times. Meanwhile I can’t get my lab results. I am very frustrated.

This app will not work for me and I don’t like that

Was working correctly now I can’t log on or retrieve any of my info, please fix asap

This app will not let me create an account so I can login and see my appointments or anything to do with my medical information. I do not recommend this app for anything. I recommend you guys to call the doctor. I would like to give this app -10 stars
