Metrobank Mobile Banking

I have not had an issue using this app until you released the recent advisories regarding restrictions of use and/or maintenance activity from May 5 to 7 and again on May 8. I tried to use the app on May 7 after the period of restriction had passed, and found out for the first time that there was an "Error while loading the transaction history" when I clicked on History. Until this morning of May 10, this is still the case. While the balance in my account is the same from last time (I take screenshots at the end of every transaction, so I know), I do not wish to use the app while it's unable to show me those Individual transactions. I also don't want to use the newer app because this one has a higher rating than the new one (which seems to have even more problems/glitches). Please fix this ASAP, hopefully before I start paying my bills. Thanks.

I’m very disappointed, I use the cash pick-up and it say failed transaction bứt it’s deducted on my saving . I email the costumer service on this and only the Auto Reply , it’s very hassle they say I’m going at my on branch and I’m still other province, just wow! Now I learn my lesson 😔😔😣

I’m trying to link my account to gcash but I can’t log it in, it always says “Customer not found”. But in the old app I can log in. What’s happening?

Could not receive OTP when doing online transaction during night

Can’t log in the app. I have been trying to log into the app for a lot of tomes already but it says “Customer not found”. I can only log into web.

“The service is temporary unavailable. Please try again later” Always shows. Please update your app. Its hassle

Hi, I’ve noticed that since the time I’ve started using this app, there are buttons/functions that cannot be use. (add/enroll another metrobank account, send a feedback and one time deposit button) I monitored these because I wanted to add my new metrobank account. And I was hoping it will be updated/enhance from time to time but honestly, I’ve waited for like a long long time already and still no changes at all. However, I hope you’ll read my review and finally make an action. Thanks

It take few minutes to see your transaction history and no option for dates transaction dates. Hope it will improve.

This apps working the best and never let me down in case of transaction. How many years im using this and always in good hand. Thanks

FROM THE TIME I DOWNLOADED THIS APP UNTIL NOW IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!!! I CANNOT SEE ALL MY TRANSACTIONS CANNOT ENROLL ALL BILLERS CANNOT SEE THE SOA ALL USELESS APP!!!
