Additional account not available

I can’t make additional account from my app for 3 weeks now. It always says not available this time try again later 😡

Mobile number problem

My mobile number is not updated even if i updated it already in the bank. So i cannot use the app to do transactions :(

Good and Reliable

I have been a metrobank customer for more than a decade now. While their BH sometime changes, all of them are very accommodating. However, MB must improve their OTP for foreign numbers.

Best bank

I think this is a best bank interest bank that I got nice interest that why I don’t hesitate to put funds here and good transaction as always past and make your easy life for payments and anythings u need thank metrobank 10 out of 10 rate happy client 🙏🏽❤️

I really like Metrobank but the app makes me want to transfer to another bank.

I Can't Log in

Its almost a year since i have my account and when the agent here abroad said that its activated i thought that it will definitely work this app for me. but unfortunately i change and updated so many times my password but until this moment i cant log in. how can i see my savings or do the other transactions if its like this.

OTP Never Works

Hello Admin/Creator I’ve been using your online banking and app for long time. Since you upgraded your system I NEVER RECEIVED ANY OTP on my registered number. Note that I am using the same number (International Number) since the beginning. I have reported this this to your CS team but to no avail. PLEASEEEE fixed your sms services as I cannot do anything as I am an OFW.

This app is very helpful / useful / excellent, I just to share my experience with this helpful app, I hope this review will help other Filipinos working abroad also. When I transferred from “Payit” app ( powered by First Abu Dhabi Bank - FAB ) Please Note: Banking Hours of Metrobank in the Philippines starting Jan. 31, 2022 Monday to Friday ( 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ) then I will check it here in this Metrobank Mobile Banking app, if it’s “banking hours” you will receive your money within the same day you transferred or the maximum the next banking day in the Philippines 🇵🇭 Thank you for the developers of this app! I hope you will add more helpful features for the satisfaction of your Metrobank customers all over the world 🌎 Cheers Metrobank! 😎🇵🇭👍🏻🥂
