It takes years before i can finally login. Im using face recognition and it just keeps on loading. Please update your system so it will be very convenient for us users especially here in abroad. Thank you.
Mobile online banking very poor, it’s been a week now offline for sending money transactions Please fix your system!
It’s hassle free.. everything is here in Metrobank.. they are connected to most of the transactions I needed..

The app is so convenient and so useful that I fully recommend to have for Metrobank account holders. Kudos Metrobank for this. Expecting updates and more services to be offered on this app. I don’t mind the online fees as long as it is convenient for me.
I am not receiving OTP in my registered mobile number which is a international number by STC Saudi Arabia. I was able to get OTP when I activate my mobile banking account but now cannot receive and it is already 4 days of compliant to no avail. Bills are already due and cannot initiate payment. Not even able to call the contact center because in the call you need to provide an OTP.

Fast to use but when it comes to OTP, suddenly it will hang..transaction will not finish, so frustrating.
I cannot use my existing username and password from my “metrobank online banking” to this app “metrobank mobile banking”. I tried to log in but it says “no customer found”. I tried to sign up and ofcourse it says email already used. When i tried to do password change in this app,it sent me an email to do the process. Still didnt work in this app but my password was really changed when i tried metrobank online using a browser. This is so confusing!
