This app is absolute trash these losers dont even call you when you ask them too and you cant even call them if you wanted too. Worst experience ive ever had when it comes to customer service. Garbage

received a charge from this guys on my credit card >4 months after I visited Portugal. I have no idea what it's for

We rented a car in Portugal and europcar gave us an electric car. I had been thinking of buying an electric car, so accepted to see if I would invest in one, but after our experience, most likely will be buying a hybrid. We lost at least 7 hours of our trip due to problems with charging stations. We drove from Lisbon to Porto, had to stop in Coimbra for a charge as we were down to 20%. We loaded the app with 100 euros, but station would not accept the bar code wallet cause it kept wanting a miio card which tourists don't have. We were there for 3 hours, stressed and tired. Thank God, there a local gentleman who charged our car to 30% so we could get to our hotel in Porto. We arrived at the hotel at almost 1am and were lucky that reception was still awake We tried to charge the car the next morning but had the same problem, post kept wanting a card that we didn't have. We were at 9% by this point and very stressed again We took the car back to europcar and asked for a gas car. Not happy with the app at all since it caused us so much stress when while on vacation. I at least hope that miio can give us our 100 euros back that we were not able to use Paul and Ana Amaral.

Be aware that the app was not able to activate any charging station when I was in vacation in Portugal and customer service will not answer for that kind of emergency. In fact, I sent 2 emails about this and I am still waiting on an answer. If you travel, do not choose an electric car and rely on Miio or if you don’t have a set up already in place to activate the charging stations. You could ruin you vacation!

Removeram dinheiro do meu saldo antes do prazo acabar

Tenho saldo no cartão , o sistema diz que está bloqueado . Já pedi ajuda diversas vezes e não me resolvem o problema . Como tal não consigo carregar o carro.

Mas falta indicação sobre os tarifários (energia, posto e tar) e se estão num parque estacionamento que se paga.

Não consigo utilizar saldo de carregamento.
