Very expensive , only pre payment possible Stoneage technology Charging in Portugal is a big pain

I have used many charging apps from many different countries already. This is by far the best one I’ve used so far. It’s so easy to use and it’s so nice to see all the prices of the charging stations etc. In Portugal this seems to be the only app that people from outside of Portugal can actually use really easily. That’s amazing and there are so many details about how fast the car can charge and how long the charging stop will take more or less, it’s really good! The prices for charging are also fair and depend on the time of the day. But the Portuguese charging prices for electric cars are kind of a jungle. So the prices contain the kWh price, a minute price from the charging station provider, a fee for starting the starting session from the charging station provider and a network access fee so that miio can access the station. And all of those prices seem to be different for every charging station. It’s very confusing, but this is the app with the best overview how much it’ll be more or less.

We got electricity ladt week for your special offer of 13 ct. But instaed of this we paied about 13 € for 17 kwh!!! What for, is not clear.

This app saved my (e-mobility) life 😀 I drove to Portugal with the info that Shell Recharge works there (in cooperation with mobi.e), but it doesn’t. Thankfully I found a forum post mentioning this app. I works from the beginning. Every charging station could be started remotely with the app without any problems. Great work.

90 cent o kWh ao usar esta app. Um autêntico roubo. Boicote a estes ladroezecos

É chato levar com um anúncio cada vez que se abre a App. Isso já não se usa há anos. Estou no iphone e não consigo ver os preços nos postos. Quando entro no mapa o ecrã fica preenchido com todo o mapa e perco a possibilidade de navegar, não há qualquer comando disponível. A única solução é sair e entrar novamente.

Fiz a primeira compra, não sei onde posso devolver pois o produto não trabalha, já enviei duas vezes para o apoio as informações sobre o ocorrido e até agora ninguém entrou em contato comigo.
