The app works great, but the prices are just too high. As an example I paid 20 eur for charging a few kw on my car, where the app kept 10 eur for themselves. The rest was the kw charge fee plus taxes. Not returning to Portugal on electric car for sure.

Who in their right mind designed their workflow to activate a plan so you can start charging? It's pure Horror! I saw so many tourists stranded because they had the app, they added their payment, and they still could not start charging because you need to go through another, lengthy process to select a plan? It doesn't make any sense! You have the payment information, you have the authorisation, just take our money and go to work! Let people have their experience first for three weeks, and then sell a plan! So people who visit Portugal for Business or Friends have it easy. It isn't that hard to program! The only benefit of the App is that it runs ok on most charging points along the highway. Given you have a streak of madness and somehow push the right buttons for the unnecessary plan.

Tenho saldo no cartão , o sistema diz que está bloqueado . Já pedi ajuda diversas vezes e não me resolvem o problema . Como tal não consigo carregar o carro.

Mas falta indicação sobre os tarifários (energia, posto e tar) e se estão num parque estacionamento que se paga.
