Keeping My Eye On You
This app is pretty, and looks pretty powerful. I have high hopes for it. I’m very much hoping to switch to it in the future, but right now it’s not for me. But really, the kids would call this all “slay af” - obsidian plugin - markdown - so so pretty!!!! Ahhhhhh!!!!! (Except the app icon is a little eh) - Made me crave mochi so I drove 40 minutes to buy it fresh - Can I say pretty again? - Seems quite powerful - To make an app like this, I think the Devs really care The real kicker is that it’s just one feature that tipped the scales in Anki’s favour. It’s the ability to create cards reversed. I think that’s one of the most essential aspects to a spaced repetition app. And Anki doesn’t even do it well. Ideally you could choose if a card reverses itself randomly. I am aware mochi has a reverse study option. But an on and off toggle isn’t what I needed. All that said, I really really want to use this app and I’d be happy to only have what I’ve spoken about as a pro option. I will be checking this app out every few months with my fingers crossed. The devs are onto something here and I hope they get a lot of support to continue this excellent project. <3
