Ever since the day, I started using Airtel they have been cutting my airtime i have complained still no changes, I have called their customer care I’m even tired no respond no changes,what do you guys want me to do now. fourth of March I buy data for 5GB for 1500 I didn’t see my data not even my airtime and first of March I buy airline for 500, it just disappear from my account you guys

Despite being a loyal customer, I have been unfairly restricted from using my account wallet. What's puzzling is that when my wallet was empty, I was still able to use my account without any issues. However, immediately after I recharged my wallet, my service was blocked, and I received a request to provide my National Identification Number (NIN). I am concerned about the sudden requirement for my NIN, as I have been using my account without any issues for a long time. I would appreciate it if you could provide a clear explanation for this request and the reason behind the blocking of my service. I would like to request that you: 1. Unblock my service immediately, allowing me to use my account as usual. 2. Provide a valid reason for requesting my NIN, as I am concerned about the security and privacy of my personal information. 3. Clarify whether this is a new policy or a one-time request, and if it's applicable to all customers. I hope you will look into this matter urgently and provide a prompt resolution. Airtel I have been using your network for the past 10 years I have two Airtel line that how much love you but now you are a piece of trash sometimes I get stranded on the road because your connection often goes off no service I hate this, is very frustrating stop this or I will forever dislike your service or anything that has to do with you I will tell people about my bad experience with you
