I am utterly disappointed with Airtel's service. Recently, I withdrew $166 USD from my Deriv account to my Airtel account, but the money went missing. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, Airtel has provided no support or assistance. As an international customer, I have found it impossible to reach them from abroad. Their customer service is non-existent, and there is no clear way to contact them for help. At the very least, they should have a live chat option, but they only offer support through Facebook and X (formerly Twitter). To make matters worse, they don’t even reply to messages on these platforms. Imagine the frustration! I trusted Airtel with my funds, and they have failed me miserably. I urge anyone considering using Airtel for financial transactions to think twice. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. Airtel, please address this issue immediately and improve your services for international customers.

Login failed. It says “this feature is currently not available”. Please fix the bug

Been using it for sometime but now says feature is unavailable. Airtel should fix this.

The app has limitations compared to other cell phone providers. Eg you cannot pay on LIPA Numbers etc. Upgrades are needed to integrate payments with other providers.

Am trying to login but it when I request for OTP it shows “this feature is not available”
