Installed the App the first time it was launched, kinda work now and then while using it. Most of the time, to consult my prepaid data balance so that I can make a follow up of my exact consumption. After an update, it just keeps showing me the global balance instead of the precise amount left. Hope they could fix this pretty irritating issue.

Airtel network is absolute rubbish and a waste of money.customer care service zero Zero efficiency!!

I don’t usually do this but then am forced to because this is the 3rd time I subscribed for data bundle on the app without getting any data. Am very angry this time. Is annoying how you paid for a service and you didn’t get it. Please do something about that.

You take advantage of the corrupt system in this country to milk your subscribers of their hard earned money by offering a small amount of data at high cost, yet it does not last as expected. Your app should also have a feature to show us our data consumption.
