I have used this app for some time and I find generally it’s good but there is no real time updates for bookings this is very bad for my family as we need to be able to to see when casual bookings are available when other children are marked absent. So why can’t this be done as real time is able to be used by nearly everyone else.

Have had nothing but issues with the app. My childcare uses it and it’s extremely frustrating not being able to access despite having asked for help on resolving this for the last 4 months. I keep getting told that some people it just doesn’t work for, my account happen to be one of those! Not good enough.

Annoying the app always logs me out then I have to “find centre” can never seem to locate the centre and log back in. Very annoying

Convenient app for booking. I wish there was an option to only see relevant centres and children. my older child does not need child care anymore and some of the old centres used before, cannot be removed or hidden from profile. This makes the view crowded.

App doesn’t work or bring the centre up. I have logged in using the same details as online and it cannot find the centre. The centre was in the app a last month and then it automatically signed out and it’s not letting me sign in anymore.

App has logged me out and cannot find the required school to log in again.

This app hasn’t been working for weeks and I’ve sent multiple emails and no response.

I’ve used this app for a few years now but it periodically loses my sons’ provider details and as I type, it’s been 2 weeks since I was last able to use this effectively. YMCA outside school hours care is not a small organisation but seems to have regular issues with this app failing. Not recommended

Constant internal server error messages since last update on iPhone 13 Pro Max. Cannot enroll or use. Different t phones , same issue. Please fix.

Great concept but app isn’t confusing. Why does each category need to be separated? Also, the layout of the calendar makes booking in and looking at booked dates confusing. Simple fix I would think!
