My Impact

All that I wanted to do was find some new shifts and see if anything different ir interesting was posted. Some showed, some didn’t. If I knew what day to look at I could find the new shifts. If I didn’t know the day then it was hit or miss. Overall, I wouldn’t trust this app.

Every Time I enter I have to create a new password! I can not find tech help? This is so frustrating!!

It works OK for what it does. Adding shifts to my calendar is easier with the App. I sign shifts from a list 20 odd locations on a daily basis. It doesn’t give an overview (calendar view) of the entire week. Shifts are posted at random times on random days. An alert that shifts are posted would be helpful. Overall, the website is more informative and useful.

This is an awful app. I can’t get in and I reset my password and even with the new password it still won’t let me get in, this app does nothing but play games with me. Highly suggest to never ever use this app for anything! Just completely sucks!!

Can not merge and now locked out with no admin to contact! Ugg!

It would be great if you could have an impact app with administrator access but this one works great for my profile and all features are very accessible and easy to use

I can’t get into my app. From inside the app, I went to the site guide on myimpact.com, the browser. I am stuck on the website and cant get into the mobile app. Ive tried reloading the app. When I click on open it takes me back to this Site Guide website. How can I get into the mobile app to see my hours, opportunities?

I have an iPhone 12, this doesn’t work with my phone. It has a page that says hi- plus (my name!). But, this is the only function I can see. I am reasonably good with technology. This site is not working. Please fix for iPhone 12. Thank you

After 4 1/2 days of trying to get this stupid app to work, it still won’t do what it is supposed to. All I can do it update my contact and change my profile picture. After discussing this with the organization that I want to volunteer with, they can’t figure out how to fix it either. I wouldn’t recommend using this app. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Recently after the 3rd iPhone update in a month. The app will not use add to calendar. Called Apple, doing the usual reinstall as last measure.
