For an app that is used by many people in Australia, this app is really clunky and confusing. It jumps between the app and your browser, it has so many levels of authentication that drop out, it won’t even let you download a basic tax invoice. Improve your game Telstra Techies!

I have been paying by direct debit for years! Suddenly I have an overdue account with an outdated address!

Telstra app is hard to navigate & especially because I have more than one phone number.

The Telstra app is terrible, literally the most annoying app I’ve ever used. It doesn’t have in-app login, so it’ll just take you back to a web browser anyway, and then in a web browser it literally refuses to let me log in. I have been trying to make this app work for me on and off for YEARS, and every single time it tells me “Something’s gone wrong, try again later”. Telstra has been fine to me as a mobile provider, but gosh, your account system and the way it works with the app, frankly, just doesn’t work at all. I always end up having to go into a Telstra store to have a staff member fix issues for me, because this app that can ‘allegedly help me do those things quickly and easily at home’ doesn’t even let me log in full stop.

what does someone have to do to cancel a telstra account i have called at least twice

This app is not working for me, I can’t find my invoices easily to make copies for my tax records. I can’t use it on my computer, only my phone. It is clunky. 0.5/10 for trying, but failing to deliver

Ridiculous app. Loses pin details and requires full user verification every time the app requires an update (which takes place frequently).

Over charging for ordinary service.
