The new My Triumph app is built with Google and works in conjunction with the My Triumph Connectivity System to provide live navigation on your motorcycle via the TFT instruments. Facilitated by an accessory fitted My Triumph Connectivity Module, the app allows you to access the following great features:
Connect your Triumph motorcycle to the My Triumph app

Live navigation on your motorcycle’s TFT instruments, built with Google
• Search built with Google, including hundreds of millions of businesses and places, in 220 countries and territories.
• Additionally, use the new what3words navigation layer to select an exact 3 metre square location anywhere in the World.
• The what3words location technology has divided the world into 3m squares, and given each one a unique what3words address made up of three words from the dictionary.
• Pick a destination and select from the route options presented to set up your ride in a familiar and intuitive way.
• Add up to 21 destinations along the route if required.
• Start your navigation and follow simple turn-by-turn navigation instructions live on your Triumph’s TFT instrument pack.
• Automatic rerouting in case of deviation from the planned route.
• 3 map views to choose from - Default, Satellite and Terrain.
• Route preference setup.

• View ride summaries at the end of each journey, including map view of the ride, distance, time, and motorcycle ridden.
• Free ride option also available to use when no pre-planned route has been selected.

Monitor the status of your Triumph motorcycle
• Dedicated My Garage feature that presents key information about your motorcycle when connected via Bluetooth, including odometer, average fuel consumption, and time/distance to service.
Additional features available from the My Triumph Connectivity System. These are facilitated by the Accessory fitted My Triumph Connectivity Module, and do not require the My Triumph app.
• GoPro control – World’s first integrated motorcycle GoPro control system, allowing video and photo operation through your Triumph’s TFT system.
• Phone operation – make, receive, and decline calls through your Triumph’s TFT system.
• Music operation - see the current track, and skip to next/previous track through your Triumph’s TFT system.
• SMS – notification when a message is received. The system will not allow you to send or read messages while on the move.
Full instructions for operation on your motorcycle are provided with the My Triumph Connectivity Module, as fitted by your Authorised Triumph Dealer.
Additionally, riders who do not have a My Triumph Connectivity Module fitted can add their motorcycles and use the app to record and share their rides.
Works with the new Trident 660 after updating motorcycle firmware at the dealer. You have to keep the program open if you want the app to recalculate the route in case of a wrong turn. It is much easier to mount the phone on the bike and use google maps for navigation instead.
You can not long press and select any destination, or easily correct the end goal. you have to search for an exact address, or drop a pin manually.
The bike shows fuel consumption of 4,5l per 100km, the app shows 11l per 100 km. It is very strange. I think this is because the app does not recalculate the route automatically, nor maps your real-time position. When you change destination in the app, it starts a new ride, and it does not track your movement if the app is running in the background. In my opinion the app is not very useful for navigation and ride tracking as it is.
For example, I planned a route and started navigation, but used a different road. The app logged the original route proposed by the app, it did not notice my detour.
Devs please update the app, so that we could start and end custom rides, and use this app in the background.

У меня rocket 3 с системой блю-тус коннект. Как у многих, у меня тоже была проблема подключить iPhone XS+ к приложению. Мотоцикл видел телефон, но не подключал навигацию. Я съездил к дилеру, несколько раз пробовал подключиться сам, следуя инструкциям, но ничего не получалось. Оказалось, что это вина не разработчиков программы my triumph, а компании Эппл. Я сегодня обновился до iOS 14.4 и всё полноценно заработало.
Works great……eventually
Although it took time, watching tutorials and a little frustration, the interface now works great. My phone, music, navigation and go pro work without issue. Not sure why it needs separate connections for phone and nav but regardless it works. Thought I’d put up a more favourable review as the new version deserves more than a 1 star. Shame it didn’t get rolled out correctly from the get go.
Absolute Garbage
You've seen what everyone has said, repeatedly, the App is next to impossible to pair the Navigation function. I try and try, and maybe once every dozen times or so, it will connect to the navigation function. I have no problem pairing the bike to Bluetooth, but navigation is a different matter (two different Bluetooth pairings required). If I spend hours repeating the same steps, it might eventually work. Then I turn the bike off and the next time I get a "no phone connected" message from the navigation screen. This app may be the worst app I have every encountered. You can see everyone is making the same complaint, and zero fix. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THE TRIUMPH NAVIGATION ADD ON MODULE. Read the reviews, it doesn't work. My dealer cannot figure it out either.
Does not work
My 2023 Triumph tiger will pair to this app, the two times needed but when asked to navigate, it’s says not paired..I have done everything suggested and just spend 6 hours at the dealer and still the same thing..not paired 🤬 so no navigation which is why I bought this bike
False advertising
I installed the bluetooth module in my Triumph Trident 660 1 year ago because the possibility to see the navigation instructions in my dash. But it never work. I followed the tutorial, I can control my music, my gopro, I can see two bluetooth connections, but always show paired error. I have a iPhone 13 pro and looks like the Triumph don’t care. The dealer don’t know how to fix and the online support ask to talk to dealer.

Read FAQ, watched videos, updated app and phone and still nothing works. Not a good start to my new Triumph tiger 900 RP.
App is broken.
Had the bike 1 day. App for a Triumph should be the best English quality. Not yer blimey garbage!! I spent a lot of money on this bike and the app doesn’t even come close in comparison. I think the bike should’ve come with nav but whatever! Rant over!
