Mala la aplicación, no genera empatía, da molestias, no es útil, te pide enlazar cuando has realizado mil veces el mismo procedimiento, realmente un desastre. Mejor la otra marca que tiene récords de ventas

La app constantemente te solicita enlazar la moto cuando quieres usar la navegación y la moto ya está vinculada. Arrenglenla para poder usar el GPS!!

No logro enlazar, es imposible incluso recibiendo la ayuda de otros propietarios con la misma moto y el mismo teléfono celular

En iPhone 11 y superiores el funcionamiento de la app no es completo. Solo permite función de llamadas, pero GPS y música no funcionan Ojalá hagan una actualización para solvertar ese problema

phone connects no problem on IOS 18 with my 2023 rs1200 can see messages calls but when i use the triumph app to set up a route its asking "no paired devices" so once paired (through app) it just resets the app and no navigation, repeat process and same thing cant get the maps on screen. long story short. pain it is.

I have had my Tiger 1200 for nearly 2 years, the navigation aspect never works. Even if after many attempts to pair everything seems connected correctly (and in the correct sequence) as soon as I attempt to enter a route the connection drops. It is beyond frustrating.

Struggles to connect, loses connection, frozen screen, Google mapping is awful and the screen data bears no relation to the real world. Disappointing.

Reading other reviews it appears I’m one of the lucky ones … my phone has at least managed to connect to the bike (2022 Tiger 1200 GT Pro, iPhone 14, Cardo Packtalk Bold … pair the phone first using the menu on the TFT display, then use the app to pair the navigation, carefully making sure you follow the steps shown and be very patient), I can control the music and see who’s calling on the TFT display. However, even though I have managed to pair the phone, the navigation is utter rubbish! Let me explain … Turn-by-turn navigation simply can’t handle complex road layouts (if there is a quick succession of turns you *will* miss one because there is a lag between your phone’s GPS and the app) and if it has to reroute (because you missed a turn it told you about after you’ve gone past it) you have to wait a worrying amount of time before it gives you an alternative turn to take. This means you can miss alternative turns or, worse, have to turn around and go back or pull over and start again! I also found on my last ride that the maps aren’t as recent as they should be - I encountered junctions and roundabouts that weren’t even new (>5 years old) and the directions acted like they weren’t there at all. I figured it out as I have a sense of direction, others will not be so lucky. Also, it’s obviously not a bike-centric satnav … which is fine if you just want to get somewhere but no good if you want a more interesting route (which is what a lot of other bike satnavs offer). You can import GPX files from Google Maps and other apps, but be warned - if you do this it will not reroute at all if you miss a turn. On a positive note, the ‘free ride’ option is quite nice, but only as a record of where you went. That also suffers from a different problem where every so often it gives up for no reason and stops recording. Good job the connectivity module was standard with the bike and the app is free, otherwise I’d be really annoyed. As an app that allows you to control music and answer phone calls it works, but if you want a fun ride with the satnav giving you directions, don’t bother. Triumph, please take note and make significant improvements to this app. Making sure that the maps are up to date is a good start …!

This is rubbish, I have had fitted the Bluetooth connectivity module to my ‘22 Scrambler XE and no matter how many times I try to connect the Nav element does not work. Phone connect but Nav doesn’t and I’m running the latest app version, TFT updated and iPhone updated. TRIUMPH - HELP ME
