I’m trying to update the app because it’s telling me too. It just goes in circles and won’t update. So frustrating!!!!

Bought my car two weeks ago. Salesman showed me how to use it and especially how it can start my car using the app. Everything was fine until I got the car and the next day I went to start my car using my phone and the button was gone. Took car back to salesman and we sat in my car unloading and reloading it three times and the start button never came back. Called on-star and they didn’t have an answer for this. I want to give this a 5 star only if my remote button shows back wand stays there

I have been logged out the app for a bit now because all of sudden the app is in a completely different language. NO IDEA..how that happened because when the app comes up everything is in English. Then I click sign in..and the sign in page is a completely different language. So now I can’t access the app.

Before the update I was able to log in the app with Face ID, it was very convenient. Now after the update you need a password and an email code? It takes forever to log in the app now. Change it back to just Face ID.

5/18/24 Every time you do an update it screws up my app!!!! Took forever to fix the last one. I couldn’t even access my car information.

I used to love this app. Particularly being able to send address to my GPS so it is all ready to go when I get in my car. Until about 6 months ago had no problem with app. Recently I have had it malfunction on numerous occasions, had to delete app and reload 3x to get it to work (on 3 separate occasions), I go to use app and it won’t open. What is going on? Don’t fix what is not broken! This app worked great a few updates ago. It has now become unreliable. Received response from Buick. However, they buried. y bad review so had to look through all the bad reviews to find it. Then they ask me to send more info to a given address. I already gave you all the info in my review…..WHY do I have to repeat it. Same response I got to a previous problem. Send us more info to this address when already told yoy the $100 update I bought from you. ade my GPS worse and is not an update be ause it doesn’t even have roads that were put in two years ago. So I feel conned on that purchase. So now my app doesn’t work for GPS AND car GPSwas screwed up by your $100 GPS update I was dumb enough to buy. Really a shame because I really love my loaded Envision and had planned to buy another one. However, now I amhaving second thoughts now due toa corporation who can not back up their cars and plan to look around at other cars

Wouldn’t count on it in an emergency. It is supposed to send the security code through email to use the app. The code never comes. The app is worthless.

I hate that this app is constantly signing out and then making me log back in and then saying my credentials are not correct. I have to change my password again then I’m good for about 3 days then it happens again. I have the Face ID on and I know my password is correct. I’ve had my car for less than 2 months and I’ve had to do this 7 times!

I just got an email stating this app is discontinuing the Smart Driver feature next month. I used to love the Smart Driver function to check my score and check my mileage. It’s a shame that features that were free when I bought my car in 2019 have been whittled down to nothing for us. Wonder if they are still collecting that information on hard stops etc. to give to the insurance companies, and now we will have no way to verify if it’s correct? Booooo.

I used to love this app but one day my vehicle status stopped showing up and it will not connect ever since. I continue to get a "vehicle status unavailable, try again later" message.
