Купила два теста , и через какое-то время сняли с карты 112 евро. Теперь бегаю разбираюсь с банком . Карты была заблокирована до этого в связи с утерей.

Приложение пытается снять оплату без подтверждения моей подписки.

Я заказала тест, оплатила его, все ок. Но после этого приложение попыталось снять 120€ за подписку, но я ее не оформляла. Платеж не прошел только по причине не активности карты. У моей подруги деньги были списаны. Я считаю, это грабеж!

No-working buttons

The button to hide the tree owner pane on the left side when the "Tree" option is selected is not working. I press the button to hide the pane and nothing happens. Tiny bug, but really annoying.

One step missing

Hi MyHeritage, I have recently claimed my offer on a 14-day free trial, but I had to cancel quickly because one thing was not working. I am not happy that there is no way to directly unsubscribe from my data subscription, instead of waiting to my last day to cancel my trial, before my billing date starts. What I mean by this is that I don’t like to wait 14 days before I can click to cancel my 14-day trial so that I won’t be billed, you should make it possible to directly unsubscribe from my free trial so that I won’t be billed without a warning, and just have access for the remaining 14 days. If I started a 14-day trial, I may forget that I had a 14-day trial on the fourteenth day, forgetting to cancel, and I will be billed directly without getting a warning that I am about to be billed. You shouldn’t make me set up a reminder for myself to cancel my trial on the fourteenth day, there should be a way to cancel my data subscription directly, so that I wouldn’t have to wait and forget afterwards. I really don’t like this thing, you should make this be possible soon.

Wonderful app, lots of errors still

Love the detail, the app layout, and photos. I started the family tree but I run into ALOT of errors. I cant add a child to my exhusband's tree. I cant get my gpa's divorce in. I don't even have the option to add my gma's marriages. I cant even change myself to a female from unknown. I dont believe this company believes in second marriages, not even an option. Can only add one spouse. Errors I see: Oops. Error. Unknown error, please try again.

Simply, in my opinion, the best animation, restoration, colorization and all the other tools they gave available for your photography work on the market. Very user Friendly.

Sorriest DNA Company!

Over 6 months now and still no update! What’s even worse is that there’s still a banner talking about “check back soon for your updated results” Lol, What a joke MyHeritage is as a company. Just take the banners down! It’s not like you’re going to update the rest of the results you left hanging! What kind of company does something like that? A company that doesn’t care about its customers and is terrible at ethnicity estimates to begin with. I’ve given up at this point with MyHeritage because this company doesn’t care at all. Honestly I don’t see how you stay in business. You’re definitely not in the same league as 23andMe and AncestryDNA that’s for sure! You don’t come close. Thank goodness I tested with them and actually got accurate results and guess what? When they update everyone gets one, not just a select few.
