You need to click back and forth to find eligible clinic or doctors (feeling like Windows 2000). Why not showing them in the first place and use AI asking what problem you have and then automatically give the available slots in the clinics nearby. It’s 2024 hellllo

Everything as expected - slow load, slow updates, “no data found” and other stupid error messages, keyboard that isn’t hiding and covering half of the screen, information online is different from the information offline (the list of clinics) - all quite usual things for almost any application in UAE. Seems that no one here is familiar with the meaning of “product”

Very slow app. Good content but slow.

So many benefits has been removed and uncovered at the hospitals in comparison to the previous company

My Nas app is an informative and easy to use app also their call center services is fantastic, and their response to the claims is very quick. In general I am so impressed with dealing with Nas insurance.

This app is absolutely not customer friendly. It is bugging, not downloading documents, impossible to contact customer service.
