You need to click back and forth to find eligible clinic or doctors (feeling like Windows 2000). Why not showing them in the first place and use AI asking what problem you have and then automatically give the available slots in the clinics nearby. It’s 2024 hellllo

Everything as expected - slow load, slow updates, “no data found” and other stupid error messages, keyboard that isn’t hiding and covering half of the screen, information online is different from the information offline (the list of clinics) - all quite usual things for almost any application in UAE. Seems that no one here is familiar with the meaning of “product”

Very slow app. Good content but slow.

Nothing works. Don’t get my card! Can’t read any messages. Chatting doesn’t always work and I have to start all over again!

The usability of this app is very poor the same as performance. I would expect more innovation and modern design and advanced user experience

Doesn’t update with the new insurance cards

So many benefits has been removed and uncovered at the hospitals in comparison to the previous company
