You need to click back and forth to find eligible clinic or doctors (feeling like Windows 2000). Why not showing them in the first place and use AI asking what problem you have and then automatically give the available slots in the clinics nearby. It’s 2024 hellllo

Everything as expected - slow load, slow updates, “no data found” and other stupid error messages, keyboard that isn’t hiding and covering half of the screen, information online is different from the information offline (the list of clinics) - all quite usual things for almost any application in UAE. Seems that no one here is familiar with the meaning of “product”

Very slow app. Good content but slow.

Notifications come delayed always so it's useless. And I don't see data of all my family members, they are added to the app not the prescription doesn't appear

Worst experience I ever had, weak customer service and no problem solving. Keep you waiting for a reimbursement for months

Doesn’t work if you’re not in the country. Also it says 10 mb document upload limit but doesn’t even allow 1 mb

Its a user friendly App. But not 5 stars because there is no possibility to connect to the App from abroad.
