Poor App, worst company
Not only the app is poor that crashes frequently and doesn’t allow to login but the company services are also worst. They will charge heavy hidden expenses as deduction from your rental income. They will not provide any responsible person who to discuss the clarification of charges with. They will charge heavy hidden and visit charges over and above the normal cost which sometimes are double of the service charge.
Good app & good service
Very prompt service. I am based abroad but I have always had very proactive service from my point of contact Mr Vijay G from NestAway. Happy with the service so far.
Doesn’t work in iOS
Payment tab does not open. It always logs out when Payment tab is selected. Also, Submit request option doesn’t work . It says Internal server error all the time.

Abdul khuddus really helped me to process the refund within my timeline and he recover the amount from the owner very quickly

Disappointing
I have stayed in a Nestaway property. They don’t listen to any of your complaints. Also they provide bad quality furniture at the start and when you leave, they charge you for the very same item saying that you spoiled it.

Nestaway is very good platform to link the houses, they maintain the house very well and services are good. Uma M is really helpful and good team work experience and over all Uma M always been there assists us with the concern.
